This design-forward client wanted to create a comforting atmosphere that also highlighted the modern, yet timeless, interior design. One of the main strategies that was implemented to achieve this goal was designing with multiple layers of light. Utilized throughout the home, this idea helps create a dramatic and dynamic living space. One of the main ways this was achieved was integrating lighting into the interior and architectural elements in many different ways. Throughout the design you will find hidden shelf lighting, under-vanity illumination and ceiling coves concealed above crown molding to name a few. Even hallways became opportunities for special moments with thoughtfully concealed lighting that illuminates a special sculpture.
