The Basilica of St. Josaphat in Milwaukee, Wisconsin wanted to update the lighting of their exterior and entry to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for their parishioners. The design concept at the entry doors was to have the period-style lanterns appear as the source of illumination with cleverly hidden lighting fixtures to achieve the effect. Carefully chosen architectural details, such as the bell tower arches and pediments, are enhanced with unique beam distribution fixtures to complete the portico's composition. Michelle's role in this project was Lead Lighting Designer with CLD-E.
