Building Service Incorporated (BSI)

This Design-Build-Furnish company wanted to create a working showroom for clients to understand the wide variety of options in creating functional yet memorable spaces. The company mission is to design, build, and furnish environments that promote productivity for all types of commercial interiors. Lighting, being a key element to this mission, was thoughtfully planned out to ensure that visitors could see that there are a variety of ways lighting can enhance every space. Being environmentally responsible was also important, so a digital management lighting control system was integrated allowing energy savings while providing flexibility in light levels throughout. This project won IESNA IA Award of Merit as well as a Gold ASID Award.
